Just listened to your Readbacks IFR/VFR podcast. Well done and a great service for pilots who want to be better. Bur, of course, one comment. You said IFR pilots have to read back everything. I'll take a small issue with that. I agree all instructions and clearances have to be read back. However, I think one has to also determine when they are just being given information. An example might be "you will have a Dash 8 passing left to right at five miles" or maybe the METAR for an airport. No need to read back information as long as it is understood, as far as I know.
